This is about my foreclosure request with PNB housing finance submitted on 28th September 2023. As per the process. I have submitted a written request by visiting home branch in my case it is Green park delhi. Along with foreclosure written request I have also paid foreclosure fees of RS 885. The amount is also deducted 30th September. Customer executive provided service request number 04743526 for the loan account NHL/GRP/0819/740362. I was supposed to get foreclosure letter within 21 workings days but till date I haven't received the letter yet. Almost every alternate day I followed up with the customer care team and visiting the branch also multiple times. I keep hearing the message saying its approval is not yet received from cental team. I dont know what is stopping them to generate approval or foreclosure letter. This is by far one of the worst and pathetic experience. I have sold my property and need my orginal documents to transfer the registery to other buyer.
I am very pressurized now. I am also checking what legal action as a customer one can do in such cases.
I have send multiple mails to customer care, gro north, nodal officer and executive director still running in circles
