Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund

I bought a laptop from amazon by debit card no [protected]. Due to sone problem i had to return it to amazon. They initiated the refund on 15 dec 2019 ammount of 67, 192 . Today is 19 jan 2020, but stiil no payment receives. Amazon provided
RRN NO - 30005103380338154855975. My mobile no is [protected]. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
