Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund Initiated but Bank is not Reflecting Any amount

My name is Lokendra Pratap Singh and I had ordered a product of RS.13940 in Amazon on 2nd october 2021 and after few hours i cancelled my order due to some reasons . And on same day that is 2nd October 2021 Amazon initiated the amount but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this
Refund Reference Number[protected]
and told me to fill charge dispute form but PNB doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

Updated by Lucky40899 Not got any refund. Being a student i feel i'm in big trouble as bank is saying no refund is issued in your bank account, and amazon is sayiny the refund reference number is genereted after they credit the amount . I don't Know what to do Please help me out
