Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund is not credited to my pnb account

I have purchase product from amazon of rs 949, but some reason i returned the product and ask for refund the same, they refund the amount to bank on 10/11/2018 with reference no.[[protected]] but till date i have not got that refund of amount rs 949. I call to customer care of amazon they said that we already initiated your refund. I called customer care of pnb bank but they said we can't help you with this ref. No. All we can do is we can check that amount is recieved or not. So please help me in getting my refund amount.

I want to transfer money from ATM to Paytm Wallet . I did all process and When I fill ATM pin and after that clicked on submit button then i got a message "unable to authenticate Please try again"
please resolve this problem quickly.
