PNB Customer Service Team
This is regarding my refund of Rs. 1499/- from Amazon that was processed on the 8th of September 2021 by them, however, it has not been credited to my account number XXXXX[protected]. My account is at PNB Noida Sector -1 C-13.
I have called PNB customer care and shared the Refund Reference # SOWAOBF20000KSM3TLCI shared by Amazon. They suggested mailing the matter to [protected]@pnb.co.in.
I have again checked with Amazon customer care and they have updated that Refund Reference # SOWAOBF20000KSM3TLCI can only be generated once the amount is sent for credit to the Bank and they can't do anything after that and the only option is to file a dispute with PNB.
I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and get my refund credited to my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
