Punjab National Bank [PNB] — servers not responding

On upi payments the servers are not responding from 4-5 days and i cant even make online payments... I can not even receive money through upi due to tachnical issues what the hell are tachnical issues that are not even getting fixed... I am totally fed up and you are not even fixing the issues so what should i do now... I have uploaded the screenshots of the issues i am facing and want my complaint to be fixed as soon as possible.. Fix my issue in 30-50 mints and i will never change my bank account to any other bank or else i have no option other than changing my bank...

I had ordered things from Amazon and they initiated the refund but Bank doesn't reflect it in my account and then i had tried to call PNB customer care but they said there's not any feature for charge dispute complaint. Please help me resolve. The refund reference id PZT[protected]T8GK02 and amount of both transactions are attached.

Your server down is a everyday thing and it is us who has to face issues it's not working since today morning and I am really worried about it pease resolve it till evening please a humble request do understand our problems and fix it

I am also facing the same . Online payment is not working an dwhen I called customer care they said try next day and its been two week already and still not working .pnb server issue is not getting resolved
