Punjab State Electricity Board — Change of dead meter

Hi, I have submitted complaint for change of dead meter. Meter is dead from last four months but till now there is no action taken for this dead meter. Electricity board employee is providing the bill on average basis but now the we are getting the extra bill amount as the electricity units are less but the bill amount is huge. Below are the details of the dead meter. Please change this dead meter as soon as possible.
