Respected Sir, My electricity meter details are as under Consumer Name HARMANDEEP SINGH Name of Sub division and Code:- K.S.S Nagar U-3, W51GT515443F My Adress: Harmandeep Singh, 24 King Enclave Aman Park Road Ludhiana . Meter No :- 1219 On my bill meter is shown non working (D) and it is not changed from three months. I am heavily charged. Please change my meter immidiatly. Harmandeep Singh
