My residential address is : 2119, Phase X (Sector 64), Mohali.
As per the sanction and the record, I should be provided a Three Phase Connection at my aforesaid address. I however observe that there are only Two Phases coming to my residence and one of the phase is connected to two outgoing wire instead of the third phase.
Shall be grateful if kindly arrange to rectify the problem.
I also want to inform you that Complaint Centre Phone number =[protected] is very customer unfriendly and any attempt to file a complaint on this number is a futile exercise. The recorded voice is barely audible particularly for old people. Besides the customer care department does not respond after the call is transferred to the section. Request you to kindly look into these.
