Punjab State Power Corporation Limited — Update of electricity bill

Dear sir i always pay my electricity bills online you can check my record.But this i am totally dissapointed from pscl they do not update my bills online.I contact million times to ra [protected] aee [protected] xen [protected] and se [protected] but all are not solved my issues from three days.I also send many masseges to them.But still my issue has been not solved.Today was the last day of bill and i am unable to pay my bill online and tommorow i shall charged rs.700.All credit goes to your hard working staff.

Now what can i do??????
