I, V.N.DHAWAN, made online payment of Rs.10050/- on 29/09/2015 towards my account number [protected] (consumer Number J72MT241609L ).
My Net Banking account with Bank Of Baroda was debited with Rs.10050/-.a Transaction Id DBBR[protected] dated 29/09/2015 11:45:37 was ALSO shown by the PSPCL site for the said payment. However No receipt was generated and till date the status of bill is being shown as "UNPAID", with the entire amount as overdue. On the advice of Suvidha centre of PSPCL on telephone, the matter was taken up with "BILLDESK" ([protected]@billdesk.com, ) as well as with the Payment gateway support ([protected]@billdesk.com) for confirmation of the payment to PSPCL. Both these entities have confirmed by mail that the transaction was successful and the amount was sent to PSPCL. Copies of their Mails dated 8th & 7th OCT.2015 respectivey are pasted hereunder:
