Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — 2bhk - inr 10800 for a month

Electricity bill shows used unit as 1282 which is not possible as i live in a 2 bhk.
This is a mental harassment as this is happening every alternate month

My bill is 10800. Please help

We stay in the house for only 5 days in a week.
November also we paid 9000 as we did not have the time to get the issue resolved.
I have attached the bill for help.
