Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Ac debited but bill still showing pending

Address: B-50 industrial estate jalandhar

A payment was made through hdfc atom gateway on 21//7/21 for account [protected] for rs 102460.
The same was debited from my account but pspcl bill still showed pending.
One more payment for same was attempted on 26/7/21 and was successful.
Please look into the matter and refund my amount or put it in advance payment.
