Please refer the advance payment of rs 2500 receipt no.[protected], dated 18-dec-2017. It has never been adjusted in any of the bills since this payment was done. Can you please adjust this payment in the next bill or provide an option during the online payment to include the advance payment of 2500 so that i can pay only the balance = total bill - 2500?
Request you to please resolve the matter at the earliest because this advance amount is more than 1 year old.

Dear sir/madam.
My elctricity account number [protected] amd name is Ramesh lal .i have cleared all the my previous bill without any delay but today on 13 may i got .my bill with 25274 sun dry charges .i alrady pay the billson the time so i donot going to pay this forced bill on me.

My name on the electricity bill should be Oorja Sharma but by mistake it has been mentioned as Urja Sharma... Kindly rectify the particulars mentioned on the bill so that I don't face any problem ...
