On 22/3/18 I made online payment RS.3480 thru Dr.card & my a/c debited RS.3516.88 transctn failed.Bildeskpspcl told me money sent to pspcl on23rd.My a/c [protected] not credited bill is outstanding.I doubt money credited in one other a/c pl.verify transctn I'd is LVM[protected] pl.rectify mistake and inform me the fate of my payment why no receipt
