Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — agriculture use transform is not working

My name is amarjit singh village - bhamarsi zer dist - fathegarh sahib state - punjab. I have problem with by agriculture submersible moter.. Trasfarm is not working from 5 days one govt officer came and checked the situation and he said to complaint online. I am uploading a video of transfarm and a photo even so please cheak them.
