Dear sir,

On date 22/08/2017 at approx 12:00 pm, i paid my bill through pspcl website. I paid rs. 5300 through axis bank internet banking. But due to some technical issue, bill receipt not generated and also it is not showing in "bill receipts" link at website.

Transaction id for deducted amount is inb/[protected]/punjab state electricity b

Please check and send receipt at my email id [protected]@gmail.com

Or update in website "bill receipts" link.

Kindly look forward towards this complaint about fluctuating power supply in area new suraj gunj . Due to this many appliances in our area has been damaged .
