Yesterday, i logged into pspcl website and paid my present bill, as soon as i put the otp in the required field then the screen shows that 'something went wrong'. Then i checked my bill again and it was again showing to make payment but the amount was debited from my account. I waited for one day so that whether the amount would be credited to my account or the bill get payed. But nothing happens, so i want you to check for the following.

Hello sir .I am a resident of amari greens, khrar ropar road . In previous bill we use only 219 units but in the current units we have 934 units . Which is impossible sir . We don't use that much ..Plz sir we want to recheck these.
