Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — application of load extension

This is in reference with the application of load extension against rid:[protected], account no.[protected], bharat international. Our application was approved on 02/11/2017, then, we were asked to pay security payment charges through net banking. We do not use net banking so upon guidance of ra of local pspcl office, we had paid the charges by cheque on 24/11/2017, but still till date it is showing pending charges on pspcl portal.
Hence you are requested to help us out in this matter on priority basis as we are not getting any convincing reply from local office.

I'm shailinder singh, resident of MAHRAJA ENCLAVE, Sular, patiala we the resident of this colony did'nt provide with permanent meter. We have met higher officer sevral time but no response from them, now kindly help us for its solution and pls. Also tell me to whom I shall meet to resolve this query
