Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — arrear charged since payment is already made bill no.92674 of pspcl

My meter was dis-connected and on making full payment the meter was installed. But in the next bill they have charged the arrear and no reason is explained after asking fro the office.
Duty clerks are not listening and no reason is giving and simply saying this is the due amount and you have to pay.
Please look in to the matter and arrear amount is rs.32902/
