22-JAN-2022 dated bill was billed as average bill because defective meter was marked on the bill. Per regulation if meter is defective then PSPCL can issue average bill depending on the usage of the previous year's same period's bill.
Amount of bill dated 22-JAN-2022 was Rs. 6480, Bills for the same periods in 2021 was as follow. Bill Dated 10-MAR-2021 was Rs.800 and bill dated 31-OCT-2020 was Rs.1440. As you can notice that average bill dated 22-JAN-2022 was inflated. I request the committee to resolve my bill dispute and either refund me the extra payment or show the credit in my account.
