Respected sir /mam,

This is inform u that one of my factory ms connection [protected] disconnected by electicity board because of order by pollution deparment in feb 2015 and meter disconnected after 3 months. But authority fail to disconnected connection in his records thats why bill was incorrect.
Kindly help me to solve the issue and correct the bill.

I was paying the electricity bill on 11th july 2017 for my account no [protected], after clicking on pay now from internet banking, amount was deducted from my account but I received an message of payment failure. No receipt was generated for this case. I am yet to receive refund for this payment.
