My account nmbr is[protected] under name satish kumar. Errornously latest bill has been paid twice. First it was paid at cash counter manually at nangal on 14 nov & 2nd was paid throught net banking on 19 nov. It happend because i didnt intimate my family member regarding the 1st payment. But it was fault at company's end that even after 5 days the bill was not updated which causes double payment of the same bill.. Was this information helpful? |
I paid electricity bill twice. The amount debited from both accounts. The bill account numbers are n36mk600179x and n36mk641089l. We mistakenly paid two times one from india by paytm and one i paid from canada by Amazon pay . But it is showing only one receipt on your website
