Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Bill of Feb-March not showing on site.

My electricity bill for the month of Feb-March has not been uploaded on the PSPCL site. Bill has not been sent at home as well.
The bill should be under the name - Vikas Dhawan. I want to pay the bill to avoid any fine due to late payment.
Please update the due bill amount on the site.
