With reference to my new bill (a/c no.[protected]) i want to bring to your notice that i have paid my old bill by online paytm receipt no.[protected] gateway ref. no.PTM[protected] but your officers are not accepting this and telling that your old bill is still pending with us Amt.690/= (Six hundred ninety only). Pls. Help
