Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill pay through net banking but receipt not generated

SIR I paid my electercity bill A/c no. [protected] bill no.[protected] amount 4960 throgh State bank of india net banking refernce no.RSBI[protected]IGAIBSVQB0 dated 11.01.2020 but till time reciept not generated . sir pls tell me what i do my electercity bill amount & late fee panaely till stand pls help

look this matter & send me my bill reciept
