Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill payment deducted from bank account but receipt not generated

Address: BEHIND KRISHNA MANDIR, Gurdaspur, Punjab, 143519

I paid Rs. 1320/- from my HDFC Bank account against the bill generated Account Number G31CF251043H, Bill No. 000737 in the name of Dinesh Kumari on 27/02/2020 using net banking. Amount was deducted from the bank account however bill receipt was not generated & in the receipt history also there is no receipt.
I request you to look into the matter and get the needful done or I will end up paying double bill for the same bill cycle.
