Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill payment not successful but fund was deducted

My name is komal menka.I m complaining that i tried to pay electricity bill through netbanking on pspcl corporation .But it was not done 2 times my fund was deducted .amount was 5130+5130 rs . It s really so bad .I want to refund my money.
