Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill payment receipts/confirmation

I have today paid my electricity bill rs. 2300 from my icici bank account. But receipts of the same not generate and after payment outsyanding amount is shown against my ca no. [protected]. My payments details is under:
Transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc date and time - feb, 19, 2018 at 21:48 hours.
