Hello PSPCL team,
I've been facing a problem related to online Bill payment. On 17/07/2018 I've visited PSPCL website for my bill payment. As irresponsibility of your workers My Bill was not uploaded. I've checked CA No. of some of friends and there due bill was successfully showing up. I decided to pay my bills in advance.
On 17/07/2018 I paid Rupee 870/- in advance for CA No. Y61HK550395X with receipt No.[protected].
Second Bill I paid of Rupee 12010/- in advance for CA No. Y61HK571927A with receipt No.[protected]. (Dated 18/07/2018)
On 19/07/2018 I received email that my bill was due. I checked Bill payment website and I seen my Bill was uploaded (Which on 17th and 18th July was not uploaded). My paid amount Rupee 12010/- and Rupee 870/- is showing up in advance mode.
I contacted on 1912 helpline and they told me to contact my PSPCL Board office. I went to Sarai Naga (PIN Code: 152025) PSPCL Board but meeting went unfruitful. Person sitting at reception told me to go to Muktsar PSPCL office which is nearly 20-25KM away.
Being in stress, I went to Muktsar PSPCL office and they told me that they can only resolve problem for Mukstar area. Which clearly shows that the person in Sarai Naga should have resolved my problem but instead he sent me to Mukstar.
I was really disappointed. Being the last hope, I urge you to take look at my case. If you need any kind of further information, Feel free to contact me on this email.
