Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill received after 4 months with exaggerated value

My consumer number is[protected]. For last one year i have been getting escalated electricity bills of around 2000 to 2500 rupees every 2 months while my usage is very low this seems to be an average bill. Seems like pc pspcl is only giving average bill for the last 1 year till may after may i have received my bill in september for rupees 8300 for 4 months which is even higher and the meter reading which were not given earlier has now been given.in my area built the metre readings but not specified correctly since a lot of readings have. Since more than a month reading have been collected the slab of the cost of consumption has gone out this is not my fault since the electricity board has sent me a bill after 4 months with escalated values. If a bill is given monthly or even in 2 months with correct meter reading my bill should not be more than 600 to 800 rupees per month since issue with the bill timings. I have been getting such an exaggerated bills every month which i am even not using. Please get my bills corrected
