Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — bill received late & online bill for month of february not uploaded

Bill of a/c no. Z21gc2100024 issued on date 20.02.2018, but received on 28.02.2018 in bsnl telephone exchange derabassi. Due date of payment is 05.03.2018 for bill amount of rs.82846/-.in this short period payment processing is very difficult to make payment. Online bill not uploaded till date. I met with ra and sde at derabassi, refused to do any type of help. Kindly waive off the surcharge and extend the due date of payment.
