Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — change the main wire from meter to home

Respected sir/madam,
Myself jaspal singh having meter ac no [protected] named of jaspal singh (At plot no 14 new roop nagar near baba lal ji mandir bhagtanwala gate amritsar) suffering the main wire problem which is melted and joint many times. Which loss the elctricity many times a day. So please change the wire meter to home
