Hello,
I paid my bill online on september 28, 2017. However when i checked my card details, i was charged the same amount twice. When i checked under the sections "payment history and advance payment" the money had not been updated in to either.
Please resolve this by either updating the amount in my account or refunding the money.

wrong bill show in system
i have not revived bill till date i dont know how bill create wrong
many time m going to local electricity office but ni sufficient answer by any officer
pls look the matter and resolved
