Dear sir I have been repeatedly request and complaint online that my Meter is malfunction as per Meter Reader and he has put CODE - D, and putting the excessive unit as an average. As I am having very less occupancy in that house in compare to the other residents in the society. Most of the resident are getting much much less bill then me. Every time i spoke to the Meter Reader and he said will adjust in next bill means if I manipulate him then he will put less reading as an average. But why do I go for wrong practice since I am genuine and not consuming so much as getting heavy bills on my account. Last bill I paid on 19th December, 2022 of Rs 7480/- and again I have got bill within few day and due date in 13th January, 2023 of Rs 3900/- Again bill generated as average reading and during this period my house was locked and till now I am outstation. He has purposly generate the so customer approach him for monitory compromise to get next time zero bill. I getting harassment with the huge monetary burden unnecessary without consuming electricity.
Humble request help me to get correct bill and also help me to replace my Meter. I am overburdened. My bill cycle is Bi-Monthly and I received 2 bills within 20days. This is unnecessary burden. Please help.
