Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Complaint about tenant not paying the bill door the last 1 year

This is to inform you that I am (Gurpreet Singh) the owner of the following address.

House no.126, Phase 2, Hem Vihar, Baltana,
Zirakpur, Punjab, pincode 140603.

I have rented this house since June 2019 to Mr.Dharminder Singh and family.My complaint is that my tenant is not paying the electricity bill regularly for the last 1 and a half year and the bill amount is accumulated to a huge amount of Rupees 40760-, .(Copy attached).
My repeated requests and warnings to pay the bill does not have any effect on the tenant.
So I would kindly request you to take some serious action against my tenant to compel him to pay the bil on-time.If he still fails in paying the bill than I allow you to cut the electricity meter of the above said house address.I appreciate if this matter is resolved as soon as possible.Waiting for your immediate action.
