Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — complaint against junior engineer for not applying meter

My father gurnam singh gave 1500. Rs to junior engineer charanjit singh of khanna electricity board but charanjit singh has not applied meter till now, it has been over one week plus he has not given us the receipt. Charanjit singh is also denying that i did not recieve the money also. Please sir urgently we need the action against him and please look into this matter urgently. Thanking you
