Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Complaint not resolved and status resolved -no. 33547240

My adress Aerocity A block Mohali. My home power supply is disconnected from yesterday. i raised complaint they have marked resolved in system but actually the issue is not resolved even they havent visted to my adress for verfiying the fault.
i submitted the feedback issue not resolved and reopened it but again they marked it as resolved without resolving my power supply fault.Now i am not able to repopen that complaint.

so again i register the new request with number[protected]. Again the status is work in progress and no one came. i am in issue from last two days. I request you to please help i[censored] can.

my complaint comes under - Division office pspcl Zirakpur
Sub Division office -PSPCL Zirakpur

I am calling the helpline number from morning not one is answering the call.
