First i had complaint on 22.05.2016 15:43:21vide complaint number 3724633 and your representative visited my house and said there is problem of load fluctuation and not sorted by us.

Without any further action i have received the msg from 1912 at 20:39 that your complaint has been resolved but the problem remain as such then why your department shown the status resolved.

I have requested again then my complaint has been registered as reopened and sdo of area informed on 23.05.2016 at 21:46.

On 23.05.2016 at 9:28, i have received one msg regarding my complaint no. 3724633 has been marked as work in progress [protected] shall be resolving this complaint.

On 23.05.2016 at 13:24, i have received again one msg without resolving the complaint i. E. Your complaint no. 3724633 has been marked as resolved. If not satisfied pls call pspcl centralcentral control room at [protected] or [protected] or send an sms with your comment to 1912 or [protected]. Thanks - ds. Divn west, jalandhar

After that i have sent the msg to 1912 at 13:47 i. E. "not satisfied just check and said there is solution of load fluctuation"

I am surprised again after my comments msg received at 13:49 from your department i. E. "your complaint no. 3724633 has been marked as resolved. I again msg to 1912 at 13:50 i. E."why you have marked resolved if complaint not resolved"

After that i received msg again from 1912 at 13:51 i. E. "dear mr. Jyoti saroop your concern regarding complaint number 3724633 dated[protected]:43:21 has been registered. Complaint has been reopened and sdo of area informed, please expect a call back - pspcl ecc

Till time i have not received any single call from your side.
