Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Complaint regarding arrears shown in last two bill despite online payments of all previous bills

Sir I m holder of electricity connection of pspcl ac no [protected]. I have paid all my previous bills but in last two bills arrears are shown .I complained to department portal but no reason explained and issue not resolved. Kindly help and resolve the issue
