Respected Sir,
I have purchased a 1 BHK flat at The Eminence, Singhpura, Zirakpur in April 2018 and after taking possession, I have applied for electricity meter which was installed in July 2018 vide meter no [protected]. Since then the following bills have been raised by PSPCL and paid well in time. The details is as under:-

From the above details it is self-explanatory that current 5th bill in invariably on higher side. It seems that there is some mistake with electricity meter or some clerical error in taking the reading as from 4th bill my meter no has also been changed i.e. 1684013 instead of earlier meter no [protected]. Further I want to mention here that since we are not residing in the flat regularly due to my posting at Shimla working with Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd, (A Joint venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh), this consumption is not justified at our end.
I have made a written complaint on PSPCL website no.[protected] dated 17.6.2019, than on PSPCL App Sewa no. 15020115 dated 17.6.2019, but no further communication has been received from PSPCL till today.
Sir, I am very much concern about the excess billing, it is therefore requested to kindly a note and correct my bill so that I can pay my bill well in time.
