I am pay double electricity bill with reference no[protected]. I want to refund my double payment is wrongly payment by net banking by hdfc bank account. Bill payment is 1930. Meter no - z21ud511264l. Owner name - jaspal singh saini. So pls refund my extra payment which is wrongly paid. I shall be thankful to you
