Dear sir good morning,
My name is vikas . i have pspcl connection with a/c no.[protected], old C35HG280019W . i got my bill with D code and they put average basis consumption to 248 units amounting 1470 . my average consumption of these months ( WINTER MONTHS ) is very less . i went to pspcl office hall bazar, no one listening me . all are saying you have to pay this bill . i request you please resolve my problem . and look up on my last months bills if you want to charge average basis . i am attaching my bill copy along with this mail . please help me.
