I paid electricity bill of rs 590 at the name of karnal singh

Transaction ID - IOBC[protected]
OBC bank
Payment deducted from bank account but bill not got paid at Pspcl
Please help me with this issue. We are facing the problem very much.

With reference to the subject cited as above, pl note that i had made a payment on line of electricity bill of account no.[protected] for rs.12954.45/- through indusind bank credit card but could not generate receipt for the same. The details of transaction is as noted here in below :

The amount has been debited to my credit card account.
