Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Earthing in my all water taps and stair grills

Dear sir,
With respect, it is very serious complaint on dated 09/07/17 at night we have worked all our home works with water and walk at roof in evening by stair but in the midnight i go to bathroom i want to wash my hands but i shocked by electric current after this at morning while i caught stair grill it has also getting current after this all where we work at kitchen my family shocked by electric current then i call a electrician but he fail to solve it. Than call other one he understand all story and say all the people set their electricity meter back at their homes because always some one do chhedchhad in meter boxes. I also the victim of excess bill payer through in year 2013-14 this type of chhedchhad. This earthing is also the reason of chhedchhad in meter box. Where no lock installed it or any person change wires in it. It is very serious issue. I request you to install my meter at my home please.
