Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity bill payment deducted from my bank acct but pay failed

I have paid a electricity bill of rs.2640 on dt 13.08.2017 vide contract a/c no.[protected] thru bill desk. Amount deducted from my bank a/c[protected] icici bank but payment failed. So you are requested to refund the above said amount to my bank a/c.
