This is bring to your kind notice that i have made payment of electricity bill for rs.1810/- on dt. 06/05/2018 through net banking vide txn: billdesk nybk[protected] pspcllltd and the same debited from my saving a/c.

When i want to print out the receipt, i shocked that the receipt was not generated and bill stands due till. Date.

You are requested to please look into the matter and sort out my problem with an immediate effect.
