Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity bill without consumption of electricity

Dear sir
I am facing issue in electricity bill received in the month of feb-18 (For over charges). Our electricity meter is idle for last two month & we have received bill for idle period rs. 1930/- without consuming electricity. Also in bill new reading shown zero & consumption shown 290 units.

Please look into the matter & do the needful.
