Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity is not working

Our electric department is not responded when i call them such things that is electricity is not working till night since no one is coming to take up matter. I called the electric department specialy but they put the phone on hold so i m very unhappy like there behaviour since morning they just picked one time there phone after that they put it on hold. Please look into the matter
