Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity payment failed but debited from account

Address: Patiala, Punjab, 147201

I have just paid electricity bill of rs. 1630 for consumer number: [protected], payment got deducted from my account but it showed payment is failed. I request you to please refund the amount if not successfully paid.
Amount was paid on 29th march 2019 through icici phone banking.
In statement it is being shown that amount is debited from account.
